Refund policy

 

We have a 1 day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your flowers to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return your bouquet must be in a bad state ( mouldy, snapped or dead) If your flowers are in this state please send through a photo first before requesting a refund. If you are requesting a refund for any other reason please call the shop and let us know the issue to see if we can then refund your flowers.

To request a refund, you can contact us at lilfloralcove@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 23 Robinson St Mittagong 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a refund and come pick up your flowers if you are unable to drop them back to the shop. As well as instructions on how and where to send your flowers. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned if it has been a few days since delivering. If photo shows flowers or other items are not in the state they were delivered the refund request won't be accepted. Vases are a nonrefundable item unless they are broken. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
