Shipping policy

When selecting delivery for your flowers you are able to request 3 different time slots. We will do our best to delivery in between the times selected, if for some reason we are unable to deliver that particular time we will notify you directly with an explanation.

If customer is not home but have a spot in the shade at their front door we will leave it for them. If receivers home does not provide a spot in the shade we will bring it back to the shop and notify both sender and receiver for what best suits them. 

Once flowers are delivered you will receive a fulfilment notification letting you know your flowers have been delivered.
